How many Snares are you making each year?
I am currently limiting production to 50 Snares a year.
Are you taking custom orders?
For now I am not taking custom orders, I am only producing small batches of snares. Once they are finished they will be posted on the site for purchase.
What shells do you use?
I make my own shells in a segmented stave pattern. Shells vary in thickness but are approximately half inch thick.
Do you ship outside the United States?
For now we are only selling drums in the United States. We are currently seeking dealers to carry our product in other countries.
What is your return policy?
We do not offer returns. All sales are final.
Do you offer any warranty
All Snares come with a one year warranty against manufacture defects. Wear and tear, and damage is not covered under the warranty.
Due to the nature of wood, burs, splits, discoloration and or cracking may occur if exposed to moisture, heat, and direct sunlight.
